U.S. Official's Supplies offers free standard/basic shipping on all orders of $150 or more.
Free Standard Shipping (5-9 Business Days in Transit) is valid in the US only on purchases of more than $150 in the same order. Gift cards, packaging, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement and offer cannot be applied to such items. Eligible customers must select the Standard Shipping option during checkout in order to receive free shipping. If you choose another shipping option or do not meet the minimum purchase requirement, normal shipping charges will apply. No adjustments on previous purchases. Offer is non-transferable and subject to change without notice. Not valid on international shipments. Champro and Wilson Deluxe umpire equipment bags are not eligible for free shipping.
We make every effort to ship the same day an order is placed, however it may take up to 48 hours on standard shipping or 24 hours for paid shipping methods for your order to ship. Furthermore we reserve the right to ship your order from one of our national warehouses.
USPS Priority Mail Shipments take 2-3 days to most areas (transit time not guaranteed). Please also keep in mind that Saturday DOES count as a day in transit for USPS.
* Actual delivery times are subject to change. The delivery times displayed on the map below are a guideline for reference and are not guaranteed. If you need your order in a guaranteed time period we strongly suggest you select FedEx Express Saver (3 Days), 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, or USPS Express Shipping. Actual shipping charges (when applicable) will be displayed on the final check out screen, prior to entering your payment method.
Officiating is your game, customer service is ours. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience with us. U.S. Officials Supplies is located in Redondo Beach California. We ship to all the U.S. States and Canada. At this time we do not offer international shipping.
Payment & Checkout
Your purchase at our website is made through Paypal. During the checkout process you will be redirected to Paypal's website to complete your payment via Credit Card or your Paypal account. You do not need to have a Paypal account to buy from us, simply choose the pay with credit card during checkout at Paypal's Payment Page
Your payment will be processed to firstname.lastname@example.org - rest assured that's us! Your purchase will show on your credit card statement as: US Officials * Paypal. Our website is hosted and operates on the Shopify ecommerce service. Its great, safe and secure.
Shipping is free on all purchases over $150 (standard/basic shipping -- UPS Ground, Fed Ex Home or USPS Priority Mail). We can provide expedited shipping (1-3 days) but the cost is substantially higher.
We ship to all the U.S. States and Canada. We currently do not ship to international customers. From time to time we'll modify our shipping policies and update that information here.
Returns and Exchanges
We will do our best to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will work with you on exchanges and refunds. Please contact us if you need help with a refund. You will be responsible for shipping fees incurred during the exchange process:
